LITIGATION IN WAITING ZONE (ZAPI)

Entry into French territory is subject to conditions, such as holding a visa, a valid authentic passport, accommodation, living expenses and health cover.

In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, entry into the territory may be refused by the border police and the foreigner may be placed in a Waiting Zone.

The decision to refuse entry into the territory must be contested before the Administrative Court;

The person placed in a waiting zone is presented to a liberty and detention judge after 4 days, this judge decides on the extension of the detention for a period of 8 days, which can be extended by 8 days. Maître Clara TRUGNAN regularly intervenes in the waiting zone and will be able to advise and assist you.
